This is an A3 print from the original A1 preparatory drawing of the batlle of Rorke's Drift 1879 by world renowned military artist Jason Askew which I now own with full copyright. This is the first time this has ever been reproduced and copies put up for sale.
The drawing depicts the iconic battle of Rorke's Drift from the Zulu Wars of 1879, were eleven Victoria Crosses were won by the defenders of the mission station. The style of the drawing is very reminiscent of the Victorian period sketches from the time in the Illustrated London News.
The print will be posted in a sturdy postal tube. I will post world wide.
